Refund Policy

If you are within the 14-day return period, we offer you three options:

 

1. Exchange Your Item

Exchanges are available for size, color, or for a different product of your choice.

 

2. Refund Details and Store Credit

By default, refunds are issued as store credit.

If you wish to receive a refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, you must specify this request in the return form.

Orders that are exchanged or items returned/exchanged due to a manufacturing defect will not incur restocking fees. These fees will only apply to the original order, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Only the final price paid (after any applied discounts) will be refunded.

Discount codes or store credits cannot be reissued or refunded.

Warranties are non-refundable.

 

3. Replacement of Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please email us at contact@flexi-life.com with the following details:

  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the issue (e.g., incorrect or defective item)
  3. A photo or video showing the issue

 

How Long Does It Take to Receive a Refund?

Refunds generally take up to two weeks to be processed.

All refunds must be verified for authenticity and are submitted to our accounting department for processing.

 

How to Return an Item?

  • Each return request must be accompanied by a return form.
  • Please fill out this form as accurately as possible and send it along with the returned item to the return address we will provide via email.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider.
  3. Processing times usually take 7 to 10 days.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for covering their own shipping costs for returning an item.
  • If you receive store credit, it will match the exact amount you paid.
  • If you have requested a refund to your original payment method, you will receive the amount paid minus any restocking fees.

If you request an exchange, the new item may take 7 to 14 days to reach you, depending on your country of residence.
