Exchanges are available for size, color, or for a different product of your choice.
By default, refunds are issued as store credit.
If you wish to receive a refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, you must specify this request in the return form.
Orders that are exchanged or items returned/exchanged due to a manufacturing defect will not incur restocking fees. These fees will only apply to the original order, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Only the final price paid (after any applied discounts) will be refunded.
Discount codes or store credits cannot be reissued or refunded.
Warranties are non-refundable.

If you request an exchange, the new item may take 7 to 14 days to reach you, depending on your country of residence.
