If you wish to exchange your product, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to do so. Please note that to be eligible for an exchange, your product must be unused and in its original packaging, and you will need to ship it back at your own expense.

For all « Change of Mind » returns, please email our customer service team at contact@flexi-life.com. A customer service representative will assist you in processing your return.
We require photographic proof showing that both the item and its packaging are in acceptable condition before a « Change of Mind » return can be processed.
Once we receive your returned item and determine that it is in an acceptable condition, we will provide you with either a refund or store credit, based on your preference.
The refund or store credit amount will not include any shipping fees you may have paid in the original order.
Additionally, any shipping costs associated with returning the item will be deducted from the final refund or store credit amount.
We take pride in our ability to process orders quickly once they are placed on our website. Most orders are processed within 6 hours.

A large majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 6 hours, so it is crucial to contact us during this window to attempt order cancellation before processing and/or shipping.
Once your order has been processed, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.
We accept returns for any reason! Our return policy allows you to return items within 30 days from the date you receive your products.

Returned items must be in « like new » condition. Items that are damaged, unhygienic, dented, scratched, or missing major components may be refused for return.
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, defective, or different from what you ordered, please return it within the return and exchange period, and we will arrange for a replacement.
