Shipping of Your Package

The actual shipping cost charged is the one indicated on the website www.flexi-life.com at the time of purchase.

Orders are usually shipped within 2 to 3 business days after payment has been received (unless otherwise stated on the website). All packages are shipped with a tracking number. Regardless of the chosen shipping method, we will send you a tracking link to follow your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packaging costs as well as transportation fees. We strongly recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders, and shipping fees apply to each one individually.

We highly advise customers to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete.

Your items are properly protected during shipment.

 

Address Errors

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the shipping address and to contact us as soon as possible if a modification is needed. Address modifications can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (e.g., inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses).

In these cases, returned packages are not always guaranteed to reach us.

If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer either:

  • A refund, minus the shipping costs
  • A reshipment of your order, depending on your choice

You are not eligible for a reshipment or refund until the package has been received by the sender.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier transfers (EMS, DHL) to local postal services
  • Strikes or transportation delays
  • Additional customs duties or return fees

Our packages are delivered by carriers who may require a signature upon receipt.

  • If you are not available, a notice will be left in your mailbox with instructions on how to collect your package.
  • Packages delivered via postal services typically do not require a signature.

 

Missing or Lost Products – Please Refer to Our Return Policy

 

Lost or Stolen Packages (If Applicable)

Flexi Life is not responsible for lost or stolen packages whose delivery has been confirmed to the address provided at the time of the order.

Upon request, Flexi Life will provide:

  • Delivery confirmation to the provided address
  • Delivery date
  • Tracking information and carrier details

This information allows the customer to open an investigation with the relevant carrier.

Changing the Shipping Address

To request a change of shipping address, we can modify the address at any time before the order is shipped.

  • After placing your order, you have 6 hours to contact our customer service to request a modification or cancellation free of charge.
  • After 6 hours, cancellations are non-refundable.

 

Unavailable at the Time of Delivery

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the package to our warehouse.

To facilitate delivery, please make sure to add a valid phone number when entering your shipping address at checkout. This will help speed up the delivery process.
